Spine surgery is his passion, so he constantly expands his knowledge and acquires new skills through participation in international courses (France, Germany, the USA, the Netherlands, Sweden, the UK, Austria) and national ones. He also conducts trainings on spine surgery by himself, for both Polish and foreign doctors.

A thorough examination of the patient, leading to correct diagnosis, is his main guiding principle during his work. A great emphasis is put on explaining the essence of the disease to the patient. He also discusses planned treatment in detail.
