She has participated in many prestigious, international trainings and courses in the field of paediatric orthopaedics. Barbara Jasiewicz is a member of many national and international scientific societies, including the Polish Society of Orthopaedics and Traumatology.
She specialises in orthopaedics, especially the paediatric and adolescent orthopaedics (including congenital malformations, joint diseases and spinal deformities); as well as in limb lengthening. In the field of adult orthopedics, she specialises in the surgical treatment of foot deformity.
