Shock Wave Therapy (SWT) is a modern and extremely effective method of treatment. Shockwaves speed up the healing process by stimulating the metabolism and agitation of blood circulation. They dissolve calcified fibroblasts (connective tissue cells), increase production of collagen and reduce muscle tension. Damaged tissue, thanks to treatments with SWT, gradually regenerates and supports the healing process in the treated area.
